Endoline Automation has appointed Christopher Tracey as engineering manager as the UK manufacturer strengthens its in-house technical capabilities amid growing demand for its end-of-line packaging systems.
Tracey will lead the company’s engineering team and oversee the design and development of its packaging machinery, working across mechanical, electrical and automation engineering disciplines. His responsibilities will include supporting new product development, advancing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining the reliability of Endoline’s equipment.
He will work alongside Trevor King, who has been with the company since its early years in the 1980s. King, who has accumulated more than 40 years of service, will continue to support the business and help retain technical knowledge within the organisation.

Endoline has designed and manufactured end-of-line packaging systems for more than 45 years, supplying customers in the food, beverage and consumer goods sectors.
The company develops equipment around customers’ production environments, packaging formats and operational requirements rather than relying solely on standardised machine configurations.
Andrew Yates, managing director of Endoline Automation, said the appointment would add to the company’s ability to develop customised automation systems.

Tracey said his immediate focus would be on supporting the engineering team as Endoline expands its operations.
