H.B. Fuller Sales Rise as Pricing Offsets Lower Volumes

H.B. Fuller reported third-quarter revenue of $938 million, up 5.2% year on year, as higher prices more than offset lower sales volumes.

The adhesives producer posted net income of $79 million and adjusted EBITDA of $187 million, an increase of 9%. Its adjusted EBITDA margin rose 80 basis points to 19.9%.

Pricing contributed 7.4% to revenue growth, while organic revenue increased 4.4%. Foreign exchange and acquisitions contributed a further 0.7% and 0.1%, respectively.

“Pricing actions are offsetting higher raw material costs, and our restructuring efforts continue to enhance operating leverage,” said Celeste Mastin, president and chief executive.

The company reported organic revenue growth and improved adjusted EBITDA margins across all three global business units. Its adjusted gross margin increased 120 basis points to 33.5%, principally through pricing and restructuring savings.

For fiscal 2026, H.B. Fuller now expects adjusted EBITDA of $655 million to $670 million. It continues to forecast low-single-digit organic revenue growth, with price increases offsetting an expected low-single-digit decline in volumes.

The results cover the quarter ended 29 August 2026.
