PAC Machinery, a provider of flexible packaging equipment and materials, will present its latest packaging automation and flexible packaging solutions at PACK EXPO International 2026, taking place October 18 to 21 at McCormick Place in Chicago, US.
At booth S-2147, the company will demonstrate automatic bagging systems, sustainable packaging materials, shrink wrapping and vacuum sealing technologies, with a focus on improving production efficiency, reducing packaging costs and increasing material flexibility.
Greg Berguig, President of PAC Machinery, stated: “Every manufacturer faces different packaging challenges. Our focus is on giving customers flexible solutions that improve productivity today while adapting to their needs tomorrow,”
Among the solutions on display will be several Rollbag automatic bagging systems, including the R785, R985, R1275 and R3200XL Fulfillment models.
The R985 and R3200XL Fulfillment Paper systems can process both the company’s Fiberflex curbside-recyclable paper and polyethylene materials on the same automatic bagger. According to PAC Machinery, the capability is part of its Flexible Sustainability approach, allowing manufacturers to use different packaging materials without changing packaging equipment.
The company will also showcase an automated kitting solution integrating flexible feeding, robotics, software and automatic bagging. The system combines kit building, part sorting, assembly, inspection and bagging within an integrated packaging workflow.
Sustainability will be another focus of the exhibit. PAC Machinery will present Fiberflex paper packaging, developed as a curbside-recyclable alternative to traditional plastic packaging for compatible automatic bagging and flow wrapping equipment.
Also on display will be ReviveWrap, a polyolefin shrink film incorporating pre-consumer recycled content that is recyclable through store film recycling programs, and Rollbag Poly Tubing, which allows automatic baggers to produce bags according to the required product length. The latter is designed to reduce material consumption, packaging costs and inventory requirements through right-sized packaging.
PAC Machinery will additionally exhibit the Clamco 6750EL Automatic L-Bar Sealer, an all-electric system capable of operating at speeds of up to 60 packs per minute without compressed air, alongside its new PVG Industrial Vacuum Sealer and other sealing technologies.
