PAC Machinery has expanded its packaging materials portfolio with the launch of ReviveWrap, a high-clarity polyolefin shrink film produced with up to 30% certified pre-consumer recycled resin and designed to be recyclable at designated drop-off recycling locations. The new film is positioned as a response to growing demand from brand owners and packagers for more sustainable packaging materials without sacrificing operational performance or shelf appeal.
ReviveWrap has been developed to offer the visual quality and processing reliability associated with conventional polyolefin shrink films, while delivering measurable sustainability improvements. According to the company, the film supports reduced carbon footprint objectives and provides an alternative for packagers looking to move away from traditional materials without compromising line speeds or finished pack aesthetics.
The film is designed for broad compatibility across shrink packaging operations and can be run on virtually any shrink equipment. This includes automatic shrink packaging systems as well as combo shrink machines featuring L-bar sealers with integrated shrink tunnels. PAC Machinery says this versatility allows converters and packagers to adopt the material without requiring equipment modifications or process changes.
“With the introduction of ReviveWrap, the first shrink film offered by PAC Machinery, we can now deliver a true, one-stop solution for shrink packaging,” said Greg Quinn, General Manager of PAC Machinery Bags and Materials. “As an eco-friendlier, recyclable film made with recycled content, ReviveWrap expands our sustainable packaging portfolio while giving customers greater convenience, flexibility, and confidence in their packaging choices.”
From a performance perspective, ReviveWrap is engineered to deliver strong seals, consistent shrink behavior, and high transparency suited to retail-ready applications. The company positions the film as suitable for a wide range of end-use sectors, including food packaging and general retail, where both product visibility and packaging integrity are critical.
ReviveWrap is supplied by PAC Machinery through its Bags and Materials division and is stocked for rapid delivery. Inventory is held at the company’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility to support customers operating in fast-paced production environments. The film is available in industry-standard gauges, allowing it to integrate easily into existing specifications and procurement frameworks.
With the addition of ReviveWrap, PAC Machinery strengthens its position as a supplier capable of providing both shrink packaging equipment and compatible consumables, aligning machinery, materials, and sustainability objectives within a single sourcing strategy.
