PAC Strapping Products has introduced the StrapBandit, a specialized pallet threading tool designed to improve safety, ergonomics, and speed in pallet strapping operations, particularly within the food and beverage sector.
Engineered from high-impact nylon for durability, the StrapBandit combines a lightweight body—just 7.5 ounces—with a flexible fiberglass rod that enables operators to feed straps under pallets while remaining upright. The tool’s polyurethane cleat grips a wide range of strap materials securely, including plastic, cord, and steel, and its compact head (3.25 inches wide, 1.94 inches high) allows precise threading even in confined spaces.
According to PAC Strapping Products, the StrapBandit “offers a faster, easier, and safer way to thread pallets,” helping users reduce strain and improve workflow efficiency. With a total length of 71 inches, the device facilitates extended reach for operators working in high-volume environments where stability and load security are essential.
The company emphasizes that the tool’s versatility makes it suitable for various production and distribution settings, particularly in food and beverage logistics where hygiene, efficiency, and safety standards are critical.
Founded in 1982 and now part of the FROMM Group, PAC Strapping Products manufactures and distributes a wide range of plastic, steel, and cord strapping materials, along with machinery and accessories. The company continues to position itself as a provider of integrated, high-quality packaging solutions for industrial users.
