The European packaging network PACKSYNERGY has expanded its footprint with the addition of INATECH Packaging, a Romanian packaging specialist and part of the INATECH Group. The membership became effective at the beginning of 2026 and marks another step in PACKSYNERGY’s strategy to build a pan-European cooperative platform for mid-sized packaging companies.
Founded in 2010, INATECH Packaging brings to the network an international orientation and a portfolio centered on complete packaging solutions. The company positions itself around a holistic approach that combines technical know-how with efficiency, sustainability, and long-term customer partnerships.
“We are very pleased to welcome INATECH Packaging as a new partner in our network,” said Thomas A. Baur, Chief Executive Officer of PACKSYNERGY. “INATECH Packaging stands for quality, innovative thinking and a strong culture of partnership – values that align perfectly with PACKSYNERGY. This membership not only expands our portfolio of expertise, but also further enhances international exchange within the network.”
INATECH Packaging sees its entry into PACKSYNERGY as a strategic move to deepen cross-border collaboration and access shared know-how across the European packaging landscape. The company expects the partnership to support business development through structured knowledge exchange, best practices, international partnerships, and network-driven synergies, including access to competitive suppliers and joint procurement approaches.
“At INATECH Packaging, we believe collaboration is the fastest path to meaningful innovation. Joining PACKSYNERGY reflects our commitment to building smarter, more sustainable solutions together with partners who share our values and long-term vision,” said Cristian Badescu, Chief Executive Officer of INATECH Group.
PACKSYNERGY highlights that its value proposition goes beyond supplier portfolios and a Europe-wide sales platform. According to the network, the active exchange between partner companies and the emphasis on community play a central role, particularly in a challenging economic environment where shared expertise and group advantages can provide resilience.
“PACKSYNERGY pursues a sustainable growth strategy with the clear objective of being represented in every European country,” Baur added. “Great importance is placed on ensuring that new partners share the right mindset and firmly embed the cooperative network philosophy in their corporate strategy. The addition of the Romanian company INATECH Packaging once again underlines PACKSYNERGY’s attractiveness as a strong network brand for mid-sized packaging companies across Europe.”
