Intralox will introduce its new Bulk-to-Sorted product line at LogiMAT 2025, focusing on optimizing mid-rate sortation. The new product line includes two key innovations: the Intralox® Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB™) AutoPitch™ Induction and Bulk Flow Optimizer™, which aim to enhance efficiency and simplify the sortation of bulk package flows.
The ARB AutoPitch Induction is a semi-automated solution capable of handling over 8,000 packages per hour. It offers a more cost-effective option than full automation and increases throughput by up to 75% compared to manual induction. The Bulk Flow Optimizer complements this solution, working with Intralox’s SmartPath™ Singulator and Gapper to streamline package induction and reduce labor requirements while boosting throughput consistency.
These innovations provide flexible automation options, allowing companies to balance labor with automation to achieve optimal sorter performance. Designed for seamless integration, the new product line is intended to work smoothly with existing Intralox solutions such as singulators, gappers, and sorters.
Derek Lester, Logistics and Material Handling Business Unit Manager at Intralox, commented: “We’re expanding our focus upstream from the sorter to address the full bulk-to-sorted process, offering both integrators and end users a more effective and easier solution for their sortation needs.”
The Bulk-to-Sorted product line will be showcased at Hall 1, Stand L65 during LogiMAT 2025. Additionally, Intralox engineer Alexander Schubert will present further details about the product line on March 12 from 16:30 to 16:50 at Forum Nord/North, Hall/e 7.
