PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 is gearing up to be the largest and most comprehensive event in the show’s three-decade history, with more than 2,300 exhibitors and 1 million square feet of exhibition space. The event, produced by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, will take place from 29 September to 1 October at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Organisers say the scale of this year’s show makes it the top destination for packaging and processing professionals across more than 40 vertical markets. Alongside the exhibition, attendees will have access to over 100 free educational sessions and a wide range of networking opportunities.
“PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 represents more than just the largest show floor in the event’s history—it’s a milestone for the entire packaging and processing industry,” said Jim Pittas, president and CEO of PMMI. “In one place, over three days, attendees will experience the full scope of innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving that will shape our industry for the next decade.”
Tools and Digital Resources
To help visitors navigate the show, PMMI is offering a suite of planning tools. My Show Planner enables attendees to create personalised itineraries, while the official PACK EXPO Las Vegas Mobile App—sponsored by ProMach—offers scheduling tools, demo notifications, exhibitor news, and turn-by-turn navigation of the show floor.
Artificial intelligence is also being introduced as a resource for attendees. On-site beta testing will be available at the PMMI booth for the new AI Category Search and I Search Pilot tools. The Attendee Solutions Center will provide kiosks and one-to-one guidance to help visitors build tailored agendas.
