Syntegon to Unveil High-Speed Packaging Innovations at FACHPACK 2025

Syntegon will showcase new packaging technologies and life cycle service solutions at FACHPACK 2025 in Nuremberg, positioning itself as a strategic partner to food manufacturers seeking speed, flexibility, and long-term operational reliability.

The German technology group will present two key machines – the SVX Agile vertical bagger and the Kliklok ACC carton closer – alongside its service portfolio, designed to help customers adapt to evolving market demands and sustainable packaging requirements.

The SVX Agile, equipped with a patented cross-seal drive, is capable of producing up to 300 bags per minute in a compact footprint and can handle all common bag styles, including those made from paper-based and mono-material films. Its modular design allows for upgrades to meet future production needs, with easy washdown capability for frozen food applications.

The Kliklok ACC, making its European debut, offers servo-driven carton closing for a variety of formats, enabling tool-free changeovers and integrating energy-efficient drives. It can be combined with other Syntegon machines, such as the ACE carton erector, to form fully automated lines.

Syntegon’s services include Preventive Maintenance Kits, size parts for rapid format changes, and digital monitoring tools such as the Synexio cloud-based platform. The company also offers customised Service Agreements, from inspections to guaranteed performance commitments.

“Manufacturers need solutions that not only meet today’s requirements, but also equip them for tomorrow’s challenges,” said Espen Mile, Vice President Strategy and Product Management of Food Vertical. Mark van Harwegen den Breems, Head of Food Vertical Sales, added that the new machines show “how sustainability, flexibility, and performance come together in a seamlessly integrated approach.”

FACHPACK visitors will be able to see the equipment and services at Syntegon’s booth in Hall 1, Stand 257, from 23 to 25 September.
